One builder, one storefront
Concrete Foundry is run by one person. The same person lists the ships, builds them from pledges and upgrades, gifts them to you, and answers your messages.
That makes us a little unusual for an online shop: we keep regular business hours. Every order is checked by hand and every ship is built for its order, so delivery isn't instant, but it is within 24 hours of payment.
We've traded Star Citizen ships since 2019: nearly 5,000 orders delivered to over 2,000 pilots. This site is the direct way to buy from us.
Contact
Email support@theconcretefoundry.com. Replies come from the person who builds your ship.
Include the ship you're after and the email on your RSI account if you have an order.
How we deliver
You pay with PayPal, so a trusted third party stands between us. Every order is checked by hand, then your ship is sent through RSI's official gift system to the email on your RSI account, within 24 hours of payment.
Independent
Concrete Foundry is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cloud Imperium Games or Roberts Space Industries. Our stylized illustrations depict their Star Citizen ships and items. The underlying ship and item designs belong to their respective rights holders.
