Pick the exact ship
Choose the ship, insurance and price. The page tells you whether it arrives as an original pledge or built by upgrade, and whether it's ready to confirm.

Order and pay with PayPal
At checkout, give the email on your RSI account, then pay from your PayPal account in PayPal’s own window.

Accept the gift from RSI
We check your order by hand and gift your ship within 24 hours of payment. RSI emails you a link; accept it and the pledge appears in your hangar.
Questions pilots ask
What am I buying?
The items sold here are digital goods for use in Star Citizen. No physical item is shipped. Before buying, check the exact item, what’s included and whether a game package is required.
You love the game, we love the game. These are imaginary goods for the imaginary world we all love.
How do I pay?
With PayPal, at checkout. Give us the email on your RSI account, press the PayPal button, and pay from your PayPal account in PayPal’s own window. Depending on where you live, PayPal may also let you pay later or in instalments.
Prices are in US dollars. If your PayPal account uses another currency, PayPal shows you the converted amount before you pay.
PayPal takes the payment when you approve it and emails you a receipt. You pay in PayPal, not on this site, so your card and bank details never reach us.
Why only PayPal?
We know it’s a restriction: you need a PayPal account to buy from us. We chose it on purpose.
PayPal stands between us as a trusted third party. If your ship doesn’t arrive, or isn’t what we described, PayPal’s buyer protection can cover your payment, and you take it up with PayPal rather than having to rely on us.
It protects us too, and we won’t pretend otherwise. PayPal watches for fraud and keeps a record of every payment, so neither side has to take the other’s word for anything.
PayPal decides every claim under its own terms. Read PayPal’s buyer protection terms.
How fast will I get my ship?
Within 24 hours of payment. Not instantly, and here’s why.
Concrete Foundry is run by one person, and every order is checked by hand before anything is gifted. So, unusually for an online shop, we keep regular business hours. Each ship is built for its order from our pledges and upgrades, then gifted to your RSI account.
You can order and pay at any time. If we’re closed, we pick your order up as soon as we open.
How does delivery work?
Once you’ve paid, we build your ship on our own RSI accounts and send it through RSI’s gift system to the email on your RSI account.
RSI emails you a link from no-reply@robertsspaceindustries.com; if it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder. Sign in to the RSI account you want to receive the item before accepting the gift. Once claimed, the pledge appears in that account’s hangar.
Please confirm receipt within 24 hours of claiming your gift. Contact us if the gift email is missing or you have trouble claiming it.
We only ever need the email on your RSI account. We’ll never ask for your RSI password.
Can I buy for a friend?
Yes. Enter their RSI account email at checkout, and the gift goes straight to them.
Can I cancel, or return a claimed gift?
Before your gift is claimed, contact us straight away to cancel. If we can still stop the transfer, we refund your order.
Once the correct item is claimed, it’s final sale for change-of-mind purposes: under RSI’s gifting rules a claimed gift can’t be returned to the sender through the gift system. Check the item and the receiving account before accepting.
This doesn’t affect your rights if an item isn’t delivered or isn’t as described. Read our payment and refund terms.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?
Every purchase is guaranteed for 90 days. If RSI takes an item back because of something on our side, or it isn’t what we described, we replace it or refund you.
Talk to us first if anything’s wrong; you can still open a PayPal dispute at any time.
What do “Ready to confirm” and “Needs stock check” mean?
Ready to confirm means we have what we need to build it; we confirm your order, then build and gift it.
Needs stock check means we check by hand that we can build it once you’ve ordered. If we can’t, we offer an alternative or refund you in full through PayPal. Unavailable means we can’t supply it right now, and we link you to a Star Hangar search instead.
What does CCU’d mean?
Many ships are built by applying upgrades (CCUs) to a cheaper ship. A CCU’d ship flies the same and carries the insurance of the pledge it was built on. Your hangar shows which upgrade it came from.
If you need an original pledge, look for listings marked “Original”, or ask us before you buy.
Buying several upgrades for one chain?
Wait until every upgrade in the chain has arrived before you apply any of them. Applying an upgrade can’t be undone.
LTI or 10-year insurance?
Insurance lets you claim a replacement hull in the game. Lifetime insurance (LTI) never expires; 10-year insurance runs for ten years. Neither covers every loss, and both work however CIG runs insurance in the game.
Do I need a game package?
Yes, to play. A standalone ship is a pledge on its own. If you don’t own Star Citizen yet, add a game pack or ask us which one suits you.
Is Concrete Foundry part of RSI?
No. We are an independent seller. You pay us through PayPal, and delivery goes through RSI’s official gift system.
What if you can’t deliver my ship?
We’ll tell you straight away and offer an alternative. If you’d rather not take it, we refund you in full through PayPal. Nothing is gifted until your order is right.
Read RSI’s gifting rules for details about claiming and returning gifts, and our payment and refund terms for the full details.
